So first heres the post

After brainstorming for days I have officially thought of three moves and Awakening first time doing this so like please dont murder me

The walk animation will be normal but the Run would be more of a stroll like the dash would go about 15 studs farther and do a coin throw if you use R
You can mark debris and use attract or repel to hit people

R has no CD holding it for 2 secs removes all marks
Passive lets you see everything that you have marked already and says what variant you will do
Also anding kirara
gives a reason to add a better map overall in the base game plus more throwables and cars(not a reworl2 but a refresh a bigger map and more buildings) since it kinda relies on debree

1. Repel depending on what star the person you marked with has and the one that you are currently worked with will change repel is a mildly high wind up and unblockable that does 12 damage and sends the person if they are within 27 studs of you fluging 23 studs away

Attract is the variant dependent on the star blockable quick wind up and doesnt do damage trading it to stun instead so basically a free combo starter
What the move would look like it the break the debree behind the person and drag them over to you if there is no debris behind them it would just rag doll and drag them and then they'll get unragdolled when they're brought to you but still be stunned

2. Object storm/ object Shield depending on whatever star you're are one and marked with and whatever star that debree is on you'll either make a short thats a one time free damage block then it breaks what the
 move would look like
The debris would break from the floor behind and in front of you then would crash against each other making a shield The Shield has a 1 HP but will guarantee cancel whatever hits it

OR the storm variant the ground behind you will break and then you will repel it
And send a blockable barrage of debris at the person blocked it does 4 damage unblocked it does 19 if all is not blocked can it rag doll the air version will just hold you in the air kind of like Hollow purple

(Cant think of a name)
This move would be a dodge you would do a quick animation of stepping back and then to the side if hit depending on what a star you were marked with or your opponent you'll pull them in then slam them into the floor for 25 or for the repel verson you'll palm strike them in the chest then send them 45 studs away and do 35 damage

Now she is a base character The ult would be you pulling out your phone then summoning a haraki npc that's just a amped up verson of his moveset plus it could ult and overall be smarter like dashing when it's ragged dolled so far can test/make smarter npcs for map builders/bosses like the fallen and your opponent cant burst
