First bra for a transgender woman? Need advice on brands

Hello, I am buying my first bra and I am not really sure where to start? I have taken some measurements and I'm thinking 40D or 40DD but I am pretty lost when it comes to brands. As you can probably tell from my measurements, I have a significant amount of loose skin from weight fluctuation which makes them pretty saggy.

Underbust loose: 40in

Underbust tight: 39in

Standing bust: 42in

90 Degrees: 48in

Supine: 44in
