Graphics hard to look at

I can’t tell what it is, but I have a hard time focusing my vision on this game. I have high graphics settings and everything looks alright, but my brain just doesn’t like looking at the screen. I’ve played 100s of games and this is the only one that feels like this. Has anyone else had this experience? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
