Psp suddenly died. Need help

So unfortunately my psp 3000 is dead and is not charging(no light). It’s not the battery and I tried using it with a new charger aswell. From my research i was told it could be a blown fuse , faulty charging port or a motherboard issue. Are there any other ways to troubleshoot it without opening it up. Thanks
