Potential battery recall for EX30 in the Czech Republic?

I read in the Czech daily press today that Volvo is allegedly recalling 40,000 EX30 (specifically Extended Range and Twin Motor models) for battery replacements. Not sure if this is a 'journalistic duck' (hoax) or if there's some truth to it. Has anyone else heard about this?
