Just Ended Things with a CF Guy... Struggling with Scarcity Mindset

SUPPORT

TL;DR: Just broke things off with a CF guy that I really like, because he's not ready to commit. Feeling very sad, and also struggling with scarcity mindset. Looking for words of support/encouragement!

I was dating a guy for 3 months and I ended things yesterday. I really, truly liked him and one of the things I was most excited about was that I finally found a CF guy who's planning to get a vasectomy soon. Unfortunately, when we first met, he informed me that he'd gone through a recent break up and was not ready for a committed relationship again so soon. I should have probably cut things off then but he intrigued me so we kept seeing each other. After a couple of months, my feelings started to grow and the lack of direction/clarity started making me quite anxious. It took all of my strength to have that hard conversation yesterday and tell him I've reached a point where I want a more serious relationship with him (and was wondering if things had changed on his side since it had been a few months). He was kind, but he rejected me and it hurt so much. It's been a long time since I have felt like this about someone, but there's another layer to it. I've never dated anyone else who was so clear about also not wanting children. I'll want to get back out there again eventually because I really do want a relationship, but I am struggling hard with the scarcity mindset. I've had a hard time finding a relationship in general, let alone with someone who is also CF. I don't really even have friends who are CF, so I feel isolated. I tried posting in cf4cf here on Reddit even just to find friends with a similar mindset, but I live in a country that doesn't have many CF Reddit users (and I prefer to find local people who I can hang out with in person). Plus I received messages from men that made me uncomfortable. Anyway, just thought I would post here because this particular subreddit has helped me in the past. If anyone has any words of support/encouragement, I would appreciate it. I'm trying to be strong and not text him, but it's difficult.
