2 recurring dreams

Background: 32M

-Political Science undergrad degree

-worked/managed a smoke/vape shop during after after my degree in the same college town.

- I currently work as an administrator at a different private college.

So,

I’ve had 2 separate recurring dreams that happen 1 or 2 times a month each and they go as follows:

#1: I go to visit the old smoke shop I worked in and find new workers/managers (but sometimes 1 of my crew) and often times a totally different design , layout, motif. I’m always disappointed with how things are going. I don’t like the layout or I find that the new manager doesn’t know jack shit compared to me. Sometimes I just walk around noticing stuff, sometimes I point out that I used to manage this place and it’s nice to meet them, sometimes the store is too busy and I jump behind the register but they have a new operating system and it’s difficult to figure out. Sometimes..and so on.

#2: I don’t ever like this one.

I’m in college or high school (again, always a different campus, layout). I’m going to class and forget the room number and sometimes am fuzzy about which class it is; English, math, history? Sometimes I’m in class and think, damn I’m in the wrong class. Sometimes I show up late and the professor tells me I haven’t been there all semester and it’s the end of the semester. I ask if I can make it up or take an exam to prove I know the content. Regardless they all end like this; I realize that I have a PoliSci degree and then a weight is lifted. I don’t have to worry about any of this. Then I wake up.
