Does no healthy fimbria mean no kids? Don’t understand my discharge summary honestly

Findings: Normal size, restroverted, mobile

Left tube missing - prev. Salpingectomy

Left ovary covered in infective adhesions

Right ovary plastered to ovarian fossa with old infective adhesions

Right tubal fimbria(end of tube) agglutinated and adherent to right ovary

Single spot of endometriosis in POD

3 port laparoscopy

Both ovaries mobilised. Rt tube dissected away from ovary but no healthy fimbria visualised

Diathermy to minimal endometriosis

No follow up is required
