looking for a therapist

hi i should probably post this in a therapy sub but in really looking for therapists targeted towards helping teenage girls. just wanted to ask, how did you guys find your therapist? i've never ever done anything like this before, but some shit has gone down and i don't want it to get really bad. anything is helpful
