Are limited skins ever gonna go back to being purchaseable with both coins and robux?

Just asking because there's a decent amount of shop skins that I really wanna get (eg managed to get every EXE skin besides RGB bc I didn't play when it was around), but they've become only available through robux in game. Is it gonna stay this way in recode or will it go back to how it was before?
