Bad time to buy Phantasmal?

Looking to get a booster box or two of PF. Unfortunately waited to find the right deal and time got away. Now the box is 300+. I can still find them for around 280 but I never want to buy at peak pricing unless there's not much hope. Any advice is appreciated.
