Changing host status - financial impact?

I would like to remove my property (fairly new) from the VRBO platform. However, I have a reservation that is about 3.5 months out. The sole reason I have is that the platform just isn't working for me at all. Am I likely to owe the booker for this reservation given how far out it is? Any recommended tactics for making this change? 3.5 months is a fairly hefty warning to the person who made the reservation.
