Facebook login for site has been broken for weeks and support will not respond to me.

I made my account a long time ago and in a lazy hurry chose the log in with Facebook feature which has now proven to be a major problem.

I have been unable to login to my account with the Facebook login for weeks. I’ve sent multiple emails to their support address and heard nothing back.

This issue happened late last year as well but it looked like they had it fixed for a second. I pay for premium access and currently can’t use the site, can’t change my subscription, they charged me in Dec for the year and then I’ve basically been unable to use the platform.
