Is it possible to change team IDs?

I’ve been having a couple issues with certain league logos not working despite being in the right places (specifically Spain and Portugal). I’ve found out it’s cos their IDs are the same as a couple of Albanian clubs.

I’ve managed to get them to work by changing the names of the actual logo files, which means the leagues show the real logos but the teams go back to the default base game ones. But I was curious if there was a way to actually change the IDs of the teams themselves, so that I can make them into unique numbers and have the logos match the IDs without them being duplicated. Anyone know if this is possible? :)
