RADICAL RED VIRGIN

Greetings kind sirs. I'm planning to start radical red soon, believe it or not this is my first time discovering this treasure. I have no idea what to expect and is overwhelmed with the options. I have no clue about any of this EV IV, randomizer thing..? basically I'm lost, tried to google some info but still unfortunately lost... but I do want to try it tho. Anyone got the time to school me on this? any tips perhaps? suggestions? that would be very much appreciated 🤝

Little background

•I had no gameboy nor a DS growing up so i played pokemon fairly late, my experience with pokemon is through an emulator in an Android phone. Finished Emerald and Fire Red a long long time ago by just spamming my starter Pokemon until it's dozens of level above everyone else so that i could just one shot them. Basically I'm a noob and loser through and through. Go easy on me guys haha 🙇🏽
