Dream that my ex bf ruined my birthday trip

This dream was simply a manifestation of everything I already know. My ex and I broke up like 4 or 5 years ago now and we still talk and hang out every now and then. He’s always been on the heavy side but he really hasn’t been taking care of himself and his mobility is shit. He can barely walk 5 feet without being in some sort of pain. Well in my dream all these things manifested where he was basically “holding me back” from doing anything on my weeklong Hawaii Vacation. He couldn’t snorkel, he couldn’t hike, he didn’t like this food or that food, he just complained the whole time and I ended up doing a whole lot of nothing on the trip. I was so annoyed and somehow he made it all my fault. It really was just my dream saying “hey, it was never going to be a good relationship for you, no matter how much you tried, he would have held you back from living”… and I know it’s true. He’s not a bad guy, just a stuck guy, he doesn’t dream or have ambitions and was never really willing to do the things I wanted to do. 🤷🏽‍♀️
