How do I get switched from adderall to desoxyn?

Long story short, I’ve been on every stimulant adhd med over the last 10 years, I’m currently on the max dose of adderall, I have tried methamphetamine in low doses orally (20mg) and it has basically zero side effects unlike the adderall, the adderall makes my heart rate fucking sky rocket, gives me bad vasoconstriction and still I can’t get the shit done that I need done, my thoughts are disorganized, I can’t keep a train of thought for more than about five seconds, and it’s seriously interfering with my life. How do I go about getting my doctor to switch me? The stigma behind the drug seems to keep all providers away from it, but I need it. How should I approach this with my doctor?
