Looking to take a trip to West USA

Hi! Currently looking to take a trip to the west coast but am unsure of which options are best. Currently considering Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and San Diego. I like a mix of city and nature, not so much doing touristy things as much as getting to see the local culture and then the outdoors. It would be for about a week.
