If recommended many times, should I watch my own videos?

Question

I have a channel with about 300 subs with an upload schedule of about two to three times a year (animation channel).
When I upload a video, YouTube usually recommends it to the account I use daily, which is not the one with the channel. This seems correct, considering I am subscribed to the animation channel and animation is one of the things I search on YT. So, to avoid lowering CTR in the first hours and days, I click on the video, watching it all the way through.

In the following weeks, the videos usually reach 300 to 500 views, which then slow down to about 4 to 8 per-day.

It's at this point that I see the video popping up again on my homepage (personal account). Again, knowing that ignoring the video lowers CTR, I click on it. The problem is that, in the following days, the video continues to appear on my homepage, even though I watched it the day before. Even though I have no problem in clicking the video 100 times if it is recommended to me, I wonder if this can be considered fake engagement (which can cause the removal of views or the closure of the channel), even if it is the system which recommends it to me and not me looking for the video.

Also, looking at the stats, it seems that the video is recommended mainly to me and a few others at this point. So, if I stop clicking on the video, the stats will drop significantly.

What is your experience? What is your advice?

Thank you so much
