Job Searching - EA roles labeled as AA?

I’m fairly new in my EA career. I’ve been in my position for 3 years. I’m loosely working with a recruiter to see what else is out there and confused by some of the titles/roles they’re sending me.

They send a lot that are labeled as ‘Admin Assistants’ to COOs, CFOs. The description and pay is that of an EA in my city. (Within my experience level)

I’m curious if this is becoming a thing? I don’t know if it would look like a step backwards on my resume to go from an EA to an AA
