I am addicted to gore and I hate it

I don't like it at all. It just makes me feel more human. I have always felt it hard to experience emotions. I feel them but they never feel strong enough or too strong. When I watch gore I feel scared and empathetic. Watching gore makes me feel human. I just wanna stop.
