Trying to improve FICO 2 and apparently I have a "consumer finance account" on my report

Hi r/creditscore. I have an 808 FICO 8 with Experian and am looking for a mortgage when I checked my FICO 2 through Experian. Found that I have "only" a 755 there and one of the reasons was a consumer finance account being on my report.

The only non-bank thing on there that I can think of is Zillow Rent Reporting. Is there a way to remove it and recover this score? I know FICO 2 is extremely strict but trying to do whatever I can to get over 760-780 for loan approvals/best rates.

Already gonna try to do AZEO for everything else, which should help because the other ding was number of accounts with balances.
