Odin 3, Stalled for 71 days and AYN don't Answer Emails.
Hello all, just a quick update on the situation.
I've tried to get in touch repeteadly with AYN,... they don't even care, 4 emails and nothing. At least should write something like "we are busy please wait us a few days" but nothing.
They are in batch 5! and i still don't get my super early bird!!!.
This is what happens when you believe in a factory or coporation and help them to succeed (buying when only they have dreams and not even the product ready or if they can deliver)... but when it does, they don't care of their first backers!!!, i find it truly dissapointing guys, really.
Im stuck in a position where no one of you want to be, and no one can do nothing to help.
Im raising awareness of their commitment to their clients, for people to know that their customer service really is.
If you buy a product you should have AT LEAST, someone to talk about it.
When/If your are going to buy from AYN, remember this post, you will get ZERO help from the people/brand you are supporting, please spread this to Discord (i dont have an account) for people to see.
