Why do Gemini 3.1 quotas take longer to reset than the others?

I turned on the computer today and I see that the Gemini 3.1 Pro quotas haven’t reset since yesterday, when I last used them (more than 5 hours ago), and now they say they take 14 hours? Why? The others only take 5 hours. I have a Pro subscription, so I don’t understand what’s going on. Until yesterday all model quotas took the same time to reset. Is this a bug? I already restarted Antigravity and it shows the same thing, so it doesn’t seem like a bug.
