Need help buying phone in 35K range

Yoo I was eyeing the POCO F7 and the prices have crept up from 30K all da way to 36K for the base(12+256)😭,My main demands are good OS, good performance and Longevity. Should I go with F7 or Nord 5 or increase my budget to buy the 13R at 38K. I am paranoid as prices may hike anytime so should I wait or buy asap?
