Neuropathy-like Pain No Diagnosis

I (27F) have been experiencing neuropathy-like pains recently that doctors can't figure out. It's making me feel insane.

The pain is sharp and burning and can range from hitting myself hard on the edge of a table to the feeling of nerve pain like you get in a tooth but in my body. I've had this type of pain before in my life but very randomly and infrequently. It is sometimes accompanied by skin sensitivity where it feels like burning pins and needles and anything that touches that area hurts (strangely, tight compression seems to help a little?) It would always go away in 2 - 3 hours though. Since Oct. 2025 it has been occuring more frequently.

I can't find any triggers for it. It can happen in any part of my body, sometimes multiple parts at the same time (w/ one full body experience). It appears randomly and suddenly in parts of my arms, legs, toes, fingers, jaw, traps, etc. It happens almost everyday day now even if it's just in a single area of my body and tends to last for at least a day.

I'm not diabetic or pre-diabetic. What few medications i'm on i've been on for years. I do have minor double carpal tunnel (recent diagnosis) and an unspecified connective tissue disease (autoimmune) that i've had my whole life. I have been diagnosed with hypermobility. I have experienced dysesthesia before when stressed, but only on my scalp and it doesn't feel quite the same.

My labs come back normal. I had an EEG that came back normal. My rheumatologist says I don't have arthritis, lupus, etc. It was suggested to me that I try to go to a specialist for possible HSD, but there's no doctors in my state that specialize in hypermobility conditions and no one in my insurance network that I could possibly see.

What could be wrong with me? I hate the idea of not being able to treat my symptoms properly and living with chronic pains. I can go months without symptoms or hours. It is not consistent in location, pain level, or frequency. This is a post made out of frustration. If I could at least find a clinic or doctor who can help diagnose me irl........ No one else in my family has what I have. Please, if there's anyone that has any advice or ideas, I am desperate.
