23F interested in trying a new city

I recently finished my masters degree in December and have been doing some reflection on what I want. I’ve lived in Georgia my entire life and have been contemplating living in a new state. If I stay in Atlanta, I plan on living at home with my family and saving $3,000 per month. My goal is to eventually put a down payment on a condo. I have a great relationship with my family and their house is located 20-25 minutes away from my office. I would probably live at home 1-2 years.

However, I am curious if now is the time to explore and go outside of my comfort zone OR just use my PTO as a way to explore new places? Atlanta is the better financial option but I’m unsure if I’m going to regret not living in a different city. My after-tax monthly income is about $5,000 and I’m quite frugal. Is it worth delaying owning a condo or house in order to try a new city? I would love some insight/advice. Thanks!
