enchondroma? idk

hi, 20F, recently got an MRI that showed a sclerotic region which is said to be a potential enchondroma. i haven’t fractured the area but it’s honestly the worst pain i’ve had in my life constantly, it’s swollen, bruised, etc. because i haven’t gotten a fracture or break in the femur (where the region is) is it still possible for the lesion to be an enchondroma? wondering so that i can schedule an MRI
