Entry level speakers

I recently bought pioneer ddj flx4 and I am thinking about getting speakers/columns. I typically want to use them for djing during house parties in a 20-30m^2 room. My budget is ~280eur/330usd

The ones I was thinking about are:

- Pioneer DJ DM-50D

- KRK Classic 5

- Edifier R2850DB

- PreSonus Eris Studio 5

I don’t if any of the listed above can handle such circumstances. I read many different opinions (e.g. they are too small for parties). Maybe there are some better options in this budget? Please let me know. TIA
