Is live blackjack easily rigged?

Some people say the dealers have a separate deck of cards that they use when they want to rig the results. Some say the casino employees that know the cards, sit at tables and add to the advantage of a dealer. I'm not sure about all of this, but I’d like to hear your thoughts.
