Should I get the egg plug?

So a few months ago I got an XL Seraphina and that was a HUGE mistake lol. I can barely get it in. (male btw). and when I can it's just the tip. it's super uncomfortable to actually ride and most of the time I just give up. I do think I need to get some better lube but I was wondering if I should get a large or XL egg so I can have an easier time inserting it.

lube wise I was thinking about Xlube. I like the idea of it being a powder and from what I've heard it seems like it will last me a long time.
