How do i (21M), hide the fact that im wealthy? (21M)

When i was 19, i won a medical neglegence lawsuit that started 15 years prior. I got a hefty amount of money from it and im a bit apprehensive towards revealing my financial status to future partners.

Last year, my friend group imploded on itself because of the money and i have already seen family members change their treatment of me because i am rich.

I live in a large house, in a nice neighbourhood and the contents of my house, although not extravagent, they're definitely not found in many houses, especially ones owned by people as young as I.

I know i dont want to reveal my financial status fully untill i know that shes the one but im struggling to come up with ideas on how to hide the obvious signs, I have a room mate so i could just say the house is owned by him or that we both own the house but frankly, he's a disgusting slob who genuinely wouldnt use a toilet to go if it was accepted
