AA needs a massive buff

Why are we acting like its normal for planes to be able to loiter over AA guns? A BT wouldn't sit in range of AT.

Easy buffs would include a 2-4x damage increase on all ground AA weapons (against air). Mobile ground AA weapons. A +40m range increase on the 20mm AA weapons. Flak boats. Flak should create a cloud of "gas" that does heavy damage to airplane parts and injure paratroopers when passed through. Remove the air intel radio (a radio is a radio). Watch towers and Obs bunkers should see planes flying. Buff the aerial interceptor array to share IC range. Planes should be afraid of AA.
