I need help finding a title please

Hi, I'm trying to find a book I read in the style of Hamilton or Corey, i.e big space epic. All I can remember is there is a space cruiser on a stealth mission and an attack on humans by a puritan human variation. The ships are run by sentient AI brains and a virus attack wipes out all Earths Naval space vessels except this single ship. A female petty officer joins the crew before this happens and she ends up having to take command. There is B story about a retired admiral with his personal AI who is studying a crashed space ship on a desert planet before he is rescued and and finally there is a development where a small princess needs to be saved from a planet. it also features massive corporations, fold space technology and the ability to download intelligences into inaminate objects ..like automated hedge-clippers... any clues would be seriously welcomed.
