AITAH for slapping my sister?

I, 37(M) and wife (38F) left our two kids at my sisters 34(F) house this last weekend. For context my wife is vegetarian and strict about certain things, I became a vegetarian for her.

We wanted a weekend away together and my sister was free so dropped the kids at her house. She knows not to give them any meat and that the food shouldn’t even be prepared in the same oven. However she cooked the food for her family and my kids on the same oven. She cooked a chicken and made my kids a vege pie. When I found out they were in the same oven I was so frustrated that I slapped her just once. I haven’t tried to text her since, she hasn’t reached out either. My wife thinks I’m right but I don’t know if I overreacted
