Hawaii waterfalls

Hey guys, I’m visiting Hawaii for the 1st time and would like to see a waterfall and take pictures under the waterfall.

Manoa Falls:looks right up my alley but I’ve been reading a lot about the leptospirosis. But the I see people on tik tok swimming in it.

I also saw Waimea Falls: but I just want to take pictures in a shallow area under the waterfall and not full of tourist.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Or know is Manoa is currently infected?

I don’t wanna travel too far as I am staying in Waikiki
