[TOMT] [TV Show] Minimalist series about cats and sardines.

Hi everyone, I’m trying to identify an animated cartoon (possibly short segments or a short series) I remember from TV in Europe

Here’s what I remember about it:

Hand‑drawn, very simple doodle-like style — almost like a professional child’s sketch

Mostly black & white but it filled in certain things with colors

Multiple cats as the main characters, often scheming to get sardines

Minimal or no spoken dialogue

A recurring elegant, fashionable woman appears being their owner

It felt kid-like but not childish, very minimalist and elegant

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any leads would be amazing — even if it’s just a compilation or short animation that aired in European TV blocks.
