How's concert experience at Idea Live Arena @ 3 Damansara

Anyone attended concert held at Idea Live Arena in 3 Damansara? I have never been any concert in shopping mall, kinda weird to me. I'm looking for info like:

1. Actual acoustic experience.
2. Comfort at the arena/seating.
3. How many rows of seat in VIP zone, will second tier pricing zone behind VIP too far from stage. The map doesn't show how many rows of seat in each zone, hard to gauge distance.
4. Anything we should pay attention?

The venue was launched around mid 2025 if not mistaken. I can hardly find experience shared online, info found are mainly official PR, and media coverage that sounds like reading script.
