Looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom apt.

So I know this is a long shot and hopefully I'm not putting too much of my info out there but I'm hoping to find a private landlord instead of going through property management companies but I'll do what I need to. As of right now with only one income (I'm looking for work rn but the job market is not great 😭) our MAX Is $1500 for 2 or 3 bedrooms. 2 adults, 2 kids, one 17lb dog. Maybe in woonsocket, Providence, or Pawtucket areas.

Trying to keep the drive to my partner's work within 20 to 25 minutes as they work in Smithfield. No evictions or landlord related judgments. Fairish credit scores. Last rental was for 3 years and we always paid on time. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm tired of the scammers on Craigslist and not getting responses from places like zillow 😭 we can pay deposit and first months rent and probably at least 2 more months rent with what we have saved up right now. Here is hoping for a miracle!
