Possible Loss of baby

Not sure which tag this should be under but I’m around 5-6 weeks pregnant everything’s been fine up until yesterday.. I woke up cramping on one side and light bleeding. It went away for a couple hours went to the doctors and all they can’t tell what’s wrong atm, I’m trying to remain positive but this morning well as I’m writing this my sides cramping agin and the bloods darker now than before with Tony strings like clots aswell. I think it’s possibly a miscarriage or eptopic… I’m so utterly just lost and grieving I can’t move out of bed; I was a super outgoing and happy person but now I feel like there’s no point of being that way anymore.. I can even bring myself to smile.
