History of Forestry and Agricultural Practices

Hello,

My father and I (USA) are planning a trip to Switzerland for late summer/early autumn this year. He's never travelled abroad and is very excited to see your beautiful country.

I'm taking on the majority of the planning for the trip and would like to include some stops that include either museums or demonstrations about historical agricultural or forestry practices. He's a forester that works with the Amish community. Old tools and work methods really excite him.
