Force Firmware Update?

I just opened my app and saw a notification to update my Cowboy's firmware to v4.21.10, but I had to rush somewhere and needed to ride right away. Now, the red update banner's gone.

Is there any way to "force" an update, or do I have to wait for it to happen automatically? Don't even know if the update's worth it but was just wondering.
