Deepfake and AI. A person using another person's face and someone else's body and faking to be real person.

Guys, I know one Instagram ID that is fake, like it is run by someone else and they also used to run other accounts on Instagram with a stolen identity. They used to put their face in another person's body, basically a deepfake or AI. And now I found their TikTok account, btw they blocked me in ig. What do you think I should do?
