How to Improve above 650 Fargo

I'm around 650 Fargo. A 7 in apa 8 ball, 9 in 9 ball. Just started UPL and 647 upscore.

How would you work on your game to improve when you're already a top amateur in your area?

I appreciate any advice. My goal is to grind and improve to 700 by end of the year.
