Designing a monastery

So, I recently bought Foundation and am absolutely in love with it. After trying to figure out the ropes, I now started a save with the monastery goal and wanted to ask you guys how you build your monasteries? I especially struggle with implementing the cloister since it seems to look wonky and out of place everywhere I put it. Screenshots of your monasteries are greatly appreciated!
