Lexapro tapering

I’ve only taken lexapro for 6 weeks and I am trying to taper off. Since I haven’t been taking it that long I thought it wouldn’t be that hard. I tapered down to 5mg for 8 days and now 2.5 mg for the last few days and I am feeling dizzy/lightheaded/fatique.

Maybe I went down to 2.5mg too fast. Since I’ve only taken the medicine for 6 weeks how long should I take 5mg for? I can’t see my doctor until next month and she won’t answer questions over the phone.
