My Ssbbw-Ussbbw girlfriend just asked a strange request

So I’ve tried posting here 3 times now but there has recently been a development. So I’m 6’3 200lbs my girlfriend is 5’3 and pushing 530lbs. Our relationship has been getting more physical and I think we’re getting closer to sex. Logistically I am overwhelmed of what to do with her massive body, considering proportionally she’s mostly belly. So I’m already probably overthinking everything but just a while ago she texted me saying she wants me to “roll her and prop her massive body up in any position I see fit, and she’s jealous of violet Beauregard.” Now I have no idea what to do with my hands or hell myself in general lol. Any advise would greatly appreciated so I’m not viewed as boring or not attracted. I know communication is key but where do I start?!
