Swallowing saliva when reciting

Might be a weird question and I’m not sure if anyone else is facing this issue. When reciting the saliva builds up in my mouth and when I eventually swallow that introduces like 2/3 second pause which breaks up the flow. If anyone else experienced this do you have any tips on how to manage this?
