White coat syndrome

Anyone else blood pressure gets dangerously high at the doctors office and normal at home. It’s the most embarrassing thing having to explain this. I feel like I sound crazy.

pulse was a up to 130 like I’m running a marathon🤦🏽‍♀️And the more I sit there the more it increases. First check 180/81.. Second 178/99

Ugh. nothing helps but getting out of there😩😩🧐… Does anything help you?
