Windshield tint & inspection PA

Hello everyone. I have my front windshield tint at 50%. I can't find a shop that will pass it for inspection. Although it's not in their list of things they must check, they still won't pass it because it is darker than the legal limit for the state of PA which is 70% I live a little North outside of Norristown, & a little south of the Lehigh Valley in a little town named East Greenville. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone could give me a recommendation 😊 Please and Thank you!
